EUSBSR Policy Area Culture organises the 6th Strategic Project Development Workshop in Kaliningrad on 18 September 2017 under the topic EXCHANGE - INVOLVE - CREATE. 

The aim of the workshop is to build fruitful ties amongst cultural actors from Russia and the whole Baltic Sea Region and. For the participants, the workshop is an unique chance to acquire possible new project partners, to connect projects with similar ideas and to get to learn more about funding possibilities.
