The 13th EUSBSR Annual Forum took place from 28th to 29th of September in Lappeenranta, Finland. The event was was co-organised by the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS), in conjunction with the City of Lappeenranta, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the EUSBSR’s communication point, and moderated by Peter Nyman and Bettina Rafaelsen.
