The Conference of Peripheral and Maritime Regions of Europe (CPMR) – Baltic Sea Commission and Region of Gävleborg in Sweden are jointly with Policy Area Innovation “PA-Inno” and BSR Stars hosting a conference on how to make innovative use of smart specialization strategies in a macro regional perspective.

The objective of the BSR Stars is to identify ideas, which can be developed into future transnational collaborations. BSR Stars Secretariat hopes to contribute to idea development appropriate for transnational collaboration. We invite stakeholders that want to realize the potential of smart specialization strategies in a macro-regional context and experts and actors with core competences necessary to develop the workshop themes.
