Several macro regional co-operations on Climate Change Adaptation are coming up all over Europe. The European Commission encourages cross-border co-operation in this issue for several reasons. These macro regional co-operations are in different phasesof development and exploring how to develop in the future.

 

This workshop aims to define the role and the added value of macro regional co-operation on Climate Change Adaptation in Europe and to explore the possibilities to optimize them. Doing so, knowledge and practices will be shared and similarities and convergences explored.

 

This workshop focusses on governance aspects: the general approach, the cross-border and the cross-sectoral co-operation within these macro regional co-operations.
