Let’s fight for resilient societies and communities in the Baltic Sea Region
The 32nd Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation (BSSSC) Annual Conference will take place on September 19th and 20th in Kiel, Germany! The chairmanship of Schleswig-Holstein invites you to take part in plenary sessions and discussions on highly relevant issues for the Baltic Sea Region. The cooperation between EUSBSR actors and the regions in the Baltic Sea Region is crucial to our common success.
Our region is facing politically challenging times, so how can we strengthen our societies, our democracy and our economic system and by this advance important investments in the context of the European Green Deal? How can we improve our cooperation among actors in the region?
To answer this question the event will feature workshops on topics such as offshore wind energy in the Baltic Sea region, the improvement of transport routes around the Baltic Sea with a focus on rail and renewable energies such as hydrogen, the building of resilient communities through culture and other techniques, the future of EU projects and the cohesion policy past 2027 as well as dumped munitions.
Dear actors within the EUSBSR and beyond, please join the discussion on our common regional future and take the chance to meet up with other actors from different areas all around the region!
