CONSUME – Consumer guide for sustainably produced meat
The aim of the project was to develop meat guides and launch them in newly targeted countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). The project aimed at developing a criterion for eutrophication and a best practice guide for more sustainable production method in order to reduce the footprint of meat consumption and production.

Germany CONSUME_meat guide_DE, Sweden and Finland have released consumer meat guides.
